Service
- Vauri is a 3D systemic board for visualisation and collaboration. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosing, monitoring or treating any disease. It is not a record-keeping system.
Who it is for
- Vauri is offered to businesses only (§ 14 BGB), such as counsellors, coaches and trainers acting in their professional capacity.
Trial, subscription and single boards
- 14 days free. Then a monthly or yearly subscription through Stripe, cancellable at the end of each billing period. Alternatively single boards as a one-off purchase: one board is for one client, stays editable for 90 days and is read-only afterwards, but can still be viewed and downloaded as an image. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Obligations
- For boards and guests use codes or anonymised names only, no identifying data (real names, dates of birth, health information, contact details).
- Inform your clients that you use Vauri. Professional duties and confidentiality remain with you.
- Your account is personal and must not be passed on or shared. Keep your access and invitation codes confidential.
Data processing
Liability
- Unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.
Changes
- We announce changes by e-mail at least 4 weeks in advance. You may cancel as of the date of the change.
Law
- German law applies.
