Frequently asked questions
Does my client need an account?
No. You share a link or code, your client enters a pseudonym and joins.
Which devices does Vauri run on?
In the browser on iPad and tablets, laptops, desktops and phones. There is nothing to install.
What belongs on a board?
Pseudonyms only. Vauri is a tool for constellations and visual collaboration, not a record-keeping system. Please do not enter real names or health information.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. Without a plan your boards stay readable for 90 days and are deleted afterwards.
What happens when a board's 90 days are over?
The board becomes read-only. You can still open it, view it and download it as an image. Without a subscription or a new board, it is deleted 90 days after your last board ends; you get an e-mail before that.
How do I cancel?
Directly in your account. The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly, the yearly plan yearly. Single boards are a one-off purchase and do not renew.
